Our 3rd annual MannaWALK!

We had our 3rd Annual MannaWALK event at Hawthorne park on August 4th! MannaWALK is an annual MannaRelief awareness day. We set up a booth, offer a children's craft and talk to people about MannaRelief Ministries and our local chapter here in Southern Oregon. MannaRelief Ministries is a non profit organization that provides specialized nutritional programs to medically-ill children all over the world!

We have established a local chapter here in Southern Oregon where we are helping local families get their children involved. We have seen tremendous improvement in the quality of life for many local children! It is very exciting to see how something so simple as good nutrition can help a child and family live better!

Blueberry Picking!

We went Blueberry picking at an organic Blueberry Farm in Cave Junction! We picked 25lbs of Blueberries! We have been going out to this place for the past few years now to stock our freezer full so we can have frozen blueberries all year around! YUM!

Bryce just loves picking berries...not so much to fill up his bucket, but rather to eat them! mmmmmmm

Birthday Beach Trip!

Brookings and Gold Beach - August 5th, 2007 Daddy's Birthday trip to the beach!

We all packed up to take a spontanious trip to the beach! We had so much fun playing on the beach! The kids got in the water with all their clothes on, built sand castles, Daddy helped bury Baylee and Bryce in the sand and we even went on a short hike to explore!

We have been married 5 years now...WOW! Times flys when you are having fun :)

























































































Baylee, Bryce and Breanna had so much fun playing in the sand! We called it their HUGE sandbox!


















Breanna is now 9 months old! She has just started crawling :)

Life saving baby lessons

Tractor Show!

Father's Day Tractor Show in June.

We went and checked it out and we found it to be pretty neat! SOOO many tractors of different makes and models!

This was in Potsville, OR and has been going on every Father's Day for 30+ years! Fun, fun, fun!

Swimming Lessons with Myrna!

Baylee (4) is on the far right in the yellow life-vest. Myrna teaches them to hold hands and help each other in the water. This was day 7 of swimming lessons. The photos are backwards in sequence...I can't seem to figure out how to change it?

Bryce (2) just jumped off the diving board with his life-vest and will roll over onto his back. Bryce just loved swimming lessons this summer! He cried quite a bit last summer. He wanted to do everything Baylee was doing including diving to the bottom of the pool to get rings. It is sure fun to see the kids progress in their swimming abilities!

Bryce and Baylee ~ swimming at home is just not the same as it is at Myrna's Swimming pool! This was a pool we picked up and had to return because the slide part had a hole in it and wouldn't stay inflated. We will have to go to Costco and search for another pool!

Breanna (7 months) ~ floating on her back. She had to wear her clothes over her swimming suit on this day. It was "life-saving" day. Breanna surprised us all by picking this up by day 2! It was amazing how she jumped into the water and rolled right over on her back! The babies seemed to learn this the quickest.

Baylee is now ready to move on to be in a class of her own...she is pretty much swimming on her own. We may put her back into a swimming lesson class in Septemeber. Myrna is just great! She has been teaching swimming lessons for 50+ years! She has a dream of building an Aquatic Wellness Center. Her website is: www.aquaticwellnesscenter.org
